DashboardWP is made by a small team that spent years maintaining client sites the hard way: thirty wp-admin tabs, update Mondays, backups "mostly". We built the tool we kept wishing existed.

our story
Like most tools worth building, DashboardWP started as a complaint. Every Monday looked the same: log into a site, update what needs updating, check the backup ran, log out, and repeat, thirty times. The work itself was fine. The repetition, the switching, the quiet fear that some site somewhere was down and nobody knew: that was not.
So we started collapsing the work. One screen for every pending update, with a backup taken automatically before anything changes. Off-site backups that restore with one click. A monitor that notices an outage within a minute. Security scans that run on a schedule instead of after an incident. And a rescue mode for the mornings when a bad update takes a whole site down.
Today DashboardWP does the rounds for freelancers, agencies and site owners who would rather build things than babysit them. We still run our own sites on it, every day. That is the fastest possible feedback loop, and the reason the product stays honest.
